Before establishing Vortex Air Balance Co., our team spent more than 20 years in the commercial HVAC industry through Delo Air, gaining extensive experience in installation, service, troubleshooting, and system performance. As air balancing and hydronic balancing became a core part of our work, Vortex Air Balance Co. was created to operate exclusively as a TAB-focused company, providing independent third-party testing, balancing, and documentation. Our HVAC background is what sets us apart. We do not simply test and leave—we understand how commercial HVAC systems are designed, installed, operated, and corrected when they do not perform as intended. Vortex Air Balance Co. is NCI certified and holds a California D-62 Air and Water Balancing contractor license, allowing us to perform certified air balancing and hydronic balancing throughout California.
